(1) The responsible person shall be responsible for the fraud by submitting evidence or regularly charging or charging for irregularities pointed out by the audit.
(2) According to sub-section (1), the responsible accounting officer shall be responsible for monitoring whether or not there has been unjustified embezzlement.
